The chef's table experience is amazing as you can watch the chefs preparing the dishes in front of you and everything is all calm and perfectly orchestrated by the head chef.The rest of the staff (sommelier, waiters etc) are all fantastic, very friendly, very knowledgeable about their own area and made us feel very confortable.The atmosphere was also fantastic, very relaxed and quite informal for a 2-Michelin star restaurant.
