Why have you recieved allNegative below par response from public. tTey should maybe in future send a letter and make a call to the account holder. They have little contact with account holder and if there is a problem there is no letter etc sent out to the account holder to inform them. Great people and growing bigger all the time. I have no hesitation at all in recommending QCCU banking even though there may be slightly better interest rates out there I am highly satisfied with this credit union as they put their customers first, comparision with other major banks is like chalk and cheese and I have used ANZ, Westpac and CBA in the past.
