We apologize you were out of water all day as our goal is to repair pipelines in a timely manner, one day or less. They should also get a bigger drop box to avoid making that service completely useless when it's overstuffed. No way to pay with debit/credit card. Each year we look to update our pipes with the newest product but even those are susceptible to drought stricken tree roots, construction drilling in wrong area, and many more nature and man made causes. Re telephone tree at Surburban Water, La Mirada, at 2 pm, Weds 2-7-2018: called them to talk to a tech about water pressure and related issues. Thank you for being a Suburban customer and thank you for your feedback regarding this situation. And at no cost! Increase will be $8.08 a month thats a whopping 14.7 % increase.. I have a reason to be mad!!! We close early on holidays in which we usually post our hours at the offices but we do have an after hours phone answering service set up so we apologize if they were not able to help you or missed your call. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Try to sign up online to pay my bill this only took them 21 years that's how long I have lived in my home. 6/8/2016Hi Nette, We got online bill pay in February! Neighbor walking by this morning to tell me pipe broke water pouring out a neighbor plumber stop to try to help  couldn't  So I call Suburban Water Systems and they send Louie right away , Thank you Suburban Water SystemsLouie , Brian, Carlos awesome hard working men finish the job on a timely matter , Neighor rolling up and shout out thank you for working on Sunday and that water back on , there is other men cleaning the street so our neighbor looks good Glad  suburban has awesome employees that care what they do great service gentlemen.
