Founded in 2004, Masa Israel has provided funding for over 120,000 young adults from more than 60 countries to experience Israel as a society. Masa Israel Grants To be eligible for a Masa Israel grant, you must: Be Jewish Be a graduate of a secondary school and/or between the ages of 18 and 30 Not have Israeli citizenship OR if you do, you must have left Israel before the age of 14 and have lived outside of Israel for at least four consecutive years prior to receiving your grant Have not Participants on Masa Israel programs who identify as Jewish can receive grants and scholarships toward the cost of their program, with the amount depending on their age, the length of their program and their country of origin. Our diverse portfolio of study abroad, internship, service learning, or Jewish studies programs help you grow—as a person, a professional, and a leader— while also developing a robust global professional network. Half of Masa Israel's funding comes from the Government of Israel and the other half comes from the Jewish Agency for Israel, which is supported by the Jewish Federations of North America and Keren Hayesod-UIA. Masa Israel Journey is the leader in immersive international experiences in Israel for young adults (18-30). We offer grants and/or scholarships to help make the experience more affordable, and collect information about other grants and scholarships available for long-term Israel programs from third party organizations.
